Royal Enfield Shotgun 650: Exclusive Motoverse Edition Unveiled, Limited to 25 Units Worldwide

The revelation of Royal Enfield’s Shotgun 650 at Goa’s Motoverse this year took everyone by surprise. With a strict limit of 25 units, the Motoverse edition served as a showcase for the bike’s distinctive attributes.

With an ex-showroom price of Rs 4.25 lakh, the initial batch exclusively targets the fortunate 25 Motoverse attendees, emphasizing the exclusivity and high-end appeal expected in the production phase.

Drawing inspiration from the SG650 concept unveiled at the 2021 EICMA show, the Shotgun 650 boasts hand-painted body panels adorned with gradient graphics and neon detailing. Each of the 25 units is a unique masterpiece, ensuring no replication. Classified as a neo-retro roadster, the single-seat design exudes a bobber aesthetic, though an optional pillion seat adds versatility.

While sharing its foundational chassis with the Super Meteor 650, the Shotgun 650 incorporates alterations in wheels, geometry, and distinctive ergonomics. The 649cc, air/oil-cooled parallel-twin engine delivers 47bhp and 52Nm, paired with a six-speed gearbox. Royal Enfield’s meticulous engine tuning aligns with the Shotgun’s distinctive persona.

The Motoverse version of the Shotgun 650 is set to launch in January 2024, preceding the production model’s introduction in Europe and India. Limited to just 25 units, this extraordinary motorcycle promises a fusion of artistry and exclusivity, laying the groundwork for a comprehensive Shotgun 650 experience in the foreseeable future.
